What it is

A connected arcade platform that brings physical claw machines online. Players play remotely from a mobile app. Operators manage their whole fleet from one dashboard. Cashless payments work without anyone touching a coin.

The hard parts

• Three layers working as one: physical hardware on the floor, a cloud platform in the middle, and a consumer mobile app on top.
• A small computer inside every cabinet talks to its machine in real time and stays in sync with the cloud, so when a player taps a button the claw moves within a fraction of a second.
• Cashless payments wired directly into each play session.
• Live video from every cabinet streamed to the player, so remote play feels like standing at the machine.
